Interesting little machine, as an experiment to learn about Linux and try out OpenOffice worth the money I think, and what it can do for the money is surprising.
But one big problem - I plugged in my headphones and when I came to remove them it was very difficult and I ended up with a big scratch on the surface of the connectors (middle and bottom one and the insulating ring between them). Seems like the connector in the socket sticks up with a sharp end that allows the jack in but then digs in like a barb when you try to pull it out.
Has anyone else had a problem like this, or have I just got a bad machine. Out of interest I tried another (cheaper!) pair of headphones and had the same problem, also in the microphone socket, so it is not just one bad socket.
I think I need to return the machine, but I can't figure out from the website how to do that - anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks.
