I have pre-ordered the phone with my credit card and set the mailing address in uk so that my friend would get it for me. After I made the purchase, I receive an sms from my bank saying that the amount of money was transferred(also confirmed face to face in the bank) . At the same time I get an email from the expansys system that the credit card was "not acceptable" and that I should do a bank transfer instead of credit card (yet they took the money).
I sent them an email to which they didn't reply yet. I have bought the phone and many other accessories, and i'm not the kind of guys who can afford losing such an amount of money I barely pay for my university. The order status is now on hold and i'm 620 pounds shorter on money.
I do need your confirmation and your email responses are very slow. Please do reply by email/phone ASAP.
I had to call to receive an answer, 3 days to reply in the middle of the week is too slow.
They answered that the money would only be on hold until I pay by transfer or cancel the order...
Hope that's true.
