Today I fitted a (new) Nokia carkit 91 in my Octavia 2 (2006). Not my first carkit of this type, but the first one in a car with a CANBUS electrical system. Škoda dash mount, Hirschmann window antenna, Nokia cradle, speaker and microphone, yellow wire on pin marked "mute" of Škoda Stream radio, blue on provided 5 A switched +12, red on provided 5 A permanent +12, black on earth, green not used. So far so good: charging, talking, muting (with "PHONE" on display) all work 100% with my 6310i.
However... as soon as I switch off the ignition the display of the Stream states "PHONE". It doesn't make a difference if there is a phone in the cradle or not. The only way to clear the display is to disconnect both 12 V connections.
Is this a Nokia or a Škoda problem? Who can help me?
