How to format Sony Ericsson W550i [Sony Ericsson W550i Walkman Phone - 126875]

I recently took some jpeg image from my friends phone after that

it started behaving weared 

when i click any snap it shows saving but there's no photo ?????

When it play some song it plays & then gives some wiered sound ????

Can any 1 help me to come out of this issue ?

i tryed the master reset but nothing helped 

Please  Some 1 help me

Well did the master reset from the menu 

As i took the backup before the reset but 

Still the problem is there
