Just received my 550i and transferred some music to it using Disc2Phone. Ended up having the same problems as reported in the W800 forum - not all tracks transferred etc.
Now the problem is that as the phone does not have a memory stick that it seems that 160MB has been lost - windows shows it as unallocated, but the phone reports it as free..... (I don't believe I unplugged USB before completion - but obviously something upset it?
Any ideas how this might be recovered (I've not tried a reset yet) Funnily enough it was even worse earlier - but somehow managed to get around 30M back)
Thanks in advance

With a bit of patience - got all the memory back...... used the following laborious procedure...
1) Switched phone off then reconnected
2) Filled remaining memory with songs
3) Repeat 1)
4) Got back 22.8M
5) Repeat 2), 1) etc., and get back 22.8M each time (why SonyE ??)
(If you don't fill reclaimed memory it won't reclaim more at the next power off)
Now have 256M (less system, photos, etc.) full with 58 songs at 128k
Since I lost my T68 been looking for a phone with the right feel and features - this just about fits the bill 95%- Thanks SonyE
